SBI Recruitment 2019: Biggest Vacancy Notification Released, Application Process Begins

The State Bank of India (SBI) has released a notification inviting eligible and interested candidates for the position of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre of the largest public sector bank.

Those who want to be a part of the India’s largest public sector banking organisation can apply for the positions starting today. The registration process will conclude on May 3.

Guidelines for Filling Online Application

  1. Candidates will be required to register themselves online through Bank’s website https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers- Recruitment of Junior Associates 2019. After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/credit card/Internet Banking.

Pre-requisites for Applying Online: Candidates should have valid email ID and mobile no. which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will help him/her in getting call letter/advices etc. by email/SMS.

  1. Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. Online application will not be registered unless candidate uploads his/her photo and signature as specified on the online registration page (under ‘How to Apply”).
  2. Candidates should fill the application carefully. Once application is filled-in completely, candidate should submit the same. In the event of candidate not being able to fill the application in one go, s/he can save the information already entered. When the information/ application is saved, a provisional registration number and password is generated by the system and displayed on the screen.

Candidates should note down the registration number and password. They can re-open the saved data using registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. This facility will be available three times only. Once the application is filled in completely, candidates should submit the data. No change/edit will be allowed thereafter.

Age Limit

The applicant should be between 20 to 28 years of age, as on 01.04.2019.

Age relaxation is there for reserved categories- SC/ST- 3 years, Other Backward Classes (OBC)- 3 years, PWD (Gen/ EWS)- 10 years, PWD (SC/ST)- 15 years & PWD (OBC) 13 years

Education Qualification

The application must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.

Those who are in the final year/semester of their graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.08.2019.

Date of Preliminary Exam (Tentative): June 2019

Date of Downloading Admit Cards (Prelims Exam): From 1st Week of June 2019

Date of Main Examination (Tentative): August 10, 2019
