Educational Qualification:
- Scouts & Guides Level 2 – Candidate must be 10th passed or its equivalent with not less than 50% Marks in aggregate for non-technical popular categories.
- Scouts & Guides Level 2 (Technical) – Candidates with Act Apprenticeship/ITI can apply to the posts.
- Scouts & Guides Level 1 – Candidate must be 10th pass or ITI or equivalent.

- Scouts & Guides Level 2 – 18 to 30 years for General Category, for OBC – 18 to 33 years, for SC/ST – 18 to 35 years
