In December 2015, Jobsite conducted a survey to learn more about the motivations and frustrations of jobseekers. We gathered responses from over 11k Jobsite users who had been active on the site within the last year.
Our report opens with the three major pain points of the recruitment process as highlighted by candidates, before moving on to delve into search and application behaviour including how often they’re looking for new roles and when they are doing it.
The results are great news for recruiters because they show there is a real appetite for new opportunities and job seeking is no longer seen as the arduous task it used to be – with 40% of those surveyed actually enjoying the process.
